Key responsibilities & impact

Help design, build, and test complex, high-visibility technical projects for Engineering.
Work on modern web applications serving millions of users and incorporating data from 5 sports across 7 reference websites.
Produce high-quality results by contributing to projects involving full-stack development, CI/CD workflows, and data ingestion pipelines.
Actively own features and define long-term health while improving the health of surrounding systems.
Assist support and operations teams in triaging and resolving production issues.
Write understandable, testable code with a focus on maintainability and performance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

More than three years of experience in a software development position.
Experience managing direct reports OR strong interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills
Proven mentoring/coaching experience
High Emotional Intelligence
Experience resolving interpersonal conflict
A desire to manage people career growth, yearly goals, perform annual performance reviews.
Evidence of capability to meet numerous listed goals.
