About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead customers through onboarding, implementation, training, migration, and go-live phases
Conduct configuration workshops to understand customer workflows and business needs
Translate operational requirements into scalable and stable system configurations
Advise customers on platform best practices and implementation decisions
Deliver structured trainings that enable successful and independent platform adoption
Ensure high-quality implementations before go-live
Support customers during migration and hypercare activities
Collaborate closely with Project Management, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams
Document decisions, configurations, and open topics
Independently manage smaller implementation projects end-to-end

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, consulting, customer-facing, or software support roles, ideally in SaaS or platform environments
Strong communication, facilitation, and customer-facing skills
Ability to understand operational workflows and translate them into scalable system solutions
Confidence in advising customers and recommending suitable solutions
Structured, proactive, and ownership-driven way of working
Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally
Fluent Spanish, English, and German skills, written and spoken
Experience with migrations, Zendesk, or enterprise customer environments is a plus
