• Key Account Management: Strategic leadership and development of a defined portfolio of key accounts in the fitness industry.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement account plans and sales strategies to achieve annual revenue and growth targets.
• Needs Analysis & Solution Recommendation: Analyze and understand the complex requirements of key accounts, present tailored software and financial services solutions, and prepare compelling proposals.
• Internal Coordination: Work closely with product management, marketing, and the Customer Success and Care teams to ensure ongoing satisfaction of key accounts.
• Performance Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze sales activities and market opportunities, and prepare regular forecasts.
