About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
- 3-5+ years in mechanical design, ideally in rapid prototyping
- environment with small-series production
- Strong CAD proficiency (SolidWorks or equivalent)
- Solid knowledge of manufacturing technologies (3D printing, CNC machining, etc.)
- Proven experience integrating optical components; expertise in opto-mechanical design is a strong plus
- Excellent knowledge of materials and their properties
- Demonstrated track record in product industrialization, from prototype to small-scale industrial production
- Autonomy, initiative, and ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment
