Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
3-5+ years in mechanical design, ideally in rapid prototyping
environment with small-series production
Strong CAD proficiency (SolidWorks or equivalent)
Solid knowledge of manufacturing technologies (3D printing, CNC machining, etc.)
Proven experience integrating optical components; expertise in opto-mechanical design is a strong plus
Excellent knowledge of materials and their properties
Demonstrated track record in product industrialization, from prototype to small-scale industrial production
Autonomy, initiative, and ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment
