About the role
- Lead the design and deployment of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions across Finance and other business areas.
- Translate business requirements into effective, secure, and scalable ERP architectures.
- Guide and mentor build teams to ensure successful implementations.
- Address and resolve cross-functional and cross-module design issues.
- Engage in hands-on integration using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and APIs, especially for multi-country rollouts.
- Ensure data governance standards are implemented and maintained.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align architecture with business strategy and growth objectives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of ERP experience, with a minimum of 5 years in Oracle Fusion.
- Strong expertise across multiple Oracle ERP modules.
- Proven experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and APIs.
- Expertise in data governance and designing secure systems.
- Experience guiding build teams and resolving intricate design issues.
- Financial project experience or finance-related knowledge.
- Nice-to-have Skills
- Experience with complex, multi-country rollouts.
- Previous work in Fortune 500 or fast-growing environments.
- Additional Oracle Cloud certifications.
