About the role

  • Develop a meaningful part of Spocket’s product growth vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Execute against plans with engineering, design, analytics, and feature product partners
  • Make trade-offs, assess risks, and ensure clear communication
  • Identify customer needs and business opportunities through user research and data analysis
  • Own end-to-end features including writing product specs and driving cross-functional execution

Requirements

  • 8+ years of proven experience leading major product initiatives across multiple consumer products
  • 4 years of mobile applications (iOS, Android platforms, or React Native) experience as a Product Manager
  • BA/BS degree in computer science, engineering, economics, statistics, mathematics, econometrics, business, or a similar quantitative or technical field
  • Ability to turn customer problems and big ideas into a roadmap of features and research with minimal guidance
  • Impact-driven with a history of delivering measurable results
  • Deep understanding of product mechanics and success measurements
  • Comfortable with both creating new experiences and optimizing existing flows
  • Ability to build consensus and drive data-driven decisions
