About the role

  • Support the implementation and coordination of our digital projects across products such as SpielerPlus, Teamtip, SportlerPlus, and more.
  • Coordinate and manage ongoing projects spanning multiple products.
  • Assist with planning and implementing new features and initiatives.
  • Improve team structures, workflows, and internal collaboration.
  • Prepare and facilitate meetings, syncs, and project updates.
  • Ensure tasks are clearly assigned, documented, and traceable.
  • Serve as an interface between different teams, including Development, Product, and Business.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and a drive to move projects forward.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Interest in digital products and modern ways of working.
  • Some prior experience in project management or within a product environment.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Asana, or Notion.
  • Basic understanding of software development and engineering processes.
  • Affinity for sports or an active interest in team organization.
