About the role
- Own the vision to unify SplitMetrics' products and lead AI-driven product strategy, reporting to the CEO
- Bring order to current product and AI portfolio by consolidating initiatives into a coherent strategy with clear positioning, pricing, and GTM alignment
- Lead transformation of products into a unified performance marketing platform with consolidated tech stack, catalog, and monetization model
- Drive development of Iris into a marketplace of AI agents for performance marketing use cases
- Develop and execute product strategies to increase ACV, enable cross-sell/up-sell, and support GTM in collaboration with Sales and Marketing
- Lay down long-term strategic roadmap for innovation and expansion aligned with company objectives
- Recruit, manage, and develop a team of product managers and designers (team of ~6 product experts)
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive adoption and customer impact
- Make data-driven decisions to ensure product strategies support revenue growth, retention, and customer value
- Stay ahead of MarTech and AI trends and apply AI agents, chat-based solutions, and automation to performance marketing
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in building B2B SaaS products for Mid and Enterprise markets
- Proven experience in launching new or transforming existing B2B SaaS products
- Proven ability to scale AI-driven products or platforms from prototype to active users, ideally including AI agents, conversational AI, or applied AI
- Experience in leadership and proven "Manager of managers" experience
- Experience in formulating, communicating, and executing product strategies, including Product-Market Fit expansion, growth, and monetization strategy
- Proficient in designing and refining user experience phases including activation, retention, and expansion
- Seasoned in customer development techniques and market research methodologies
- Strategic but hands-on approach; customer-facing and operational involvement
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in remote/distributed environments
- Fluent writing and oral communication in English (C1+)
- Experience in the marketing industry is an advantage
