About the role

  • Conduct company research based on the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and perform custom, data-based outreach to prospects.
  • Utilize automation tools, cold calls, and custom emails to enrich the sales pipeline with new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and the Sales Team to develop outreach strategies and ensure ongoing lead flow.
  • Conduct discovery/qualification calls with enterprise companies and C-level titles to identify needs and collect information for the Sales Team.
  • Hit personal monthly and quarterly targets and contribute to team KPIs on closed deals, calls, and emails with a focus on quality.
  • Collect and update prospect/company statuses in CRM (HubSpot) to track sales metrics and progress.
  • Proactively share personal and client feedback and contribute to team projects and initiatives to enhance sales processes.
  • Actively participate in education sessions and training and share expertise and best practices with the Sales department.

Requirements

  • 0.5-1 year of successful work experience in a BDR or quota-carrying Sales role.
  • Experience with outbound lead generation.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (cold calls, personalized LinkedIn messaging, etc.).
  • Experience with prospecting tools & CRM (HubSpot mentioned).
  • Experience in conducting calls with clients, including Enterprise and C-level titles.
  • Strong communication skills (excellent written and verbal English communication skills).
  • Quick learner adaptable to an ever-changing environment.
  • Time management skills and ability to work independently or under supervision.
  • Hunger for feedback and coaching.
