Job Level

About the role

  • You own the lifecycle layer of asset releases and reactivation , end to end.
  • Defining and maintaining inactive and semi-active user cohorts
  • Bring inactive or less-active investors back into the app
  • Decide when to communicate — and when not to
  • Improve DAU and GMV without over-relying on constant monetary incentives
  • Shape how investment opportunities are presented in communications
  • Collaborate with the asset team to understand the investment thesis behind an asset
  • Ensure investors understand why an opportunity matters and why now
  • Coordinate with product and asset teams on release sequencing

Requirements

  • Experience working on lifecycle, retention, growth, or product engagement
  • Strong analytical thinking and comfort with experimentation
  • Ability to collaborate with product, asset, and marketing teams
  • Good judgement about relevance, timing, and user intent
  • Comfort owning outcomes, not just execution
