About the role
- You own the lifecycle layer of asset releases and reactivation , end to end.
- Defining and maintaining inactive and semi-active user cohorts
- Bring inactive or less-active investors back into the app
- Decide when to communicate — and when not to
- Improve DAU and GMV without over-relying on constant monetary incentives
- Shape how investment opportunities are presented in communications
- Collaborate with the asset team to understand the investment thesis behind an asset
- Ensure investors understand why an opportunity matters and why now
- Coordinate with product and asset teams on release sequencing
Requirements
- Experience working on lifecycle, retention, growth, or product engagement
- Strong analytical thinking and comfort with experimentation
- Ability to collaborate with product, asset, and marketing teams
- Good judgement about relevance, timing, and user intent
- Comfort owning outcomes, not just execution
