• Defining and maintaining inactive and semi-active user cohorts
• Bring inactive or less-active investors back into the app
• Decide when to communicate — and when not to
• Improve DAU and GMV without over-relying on constant monetary incentives
• Shape how investment opportunities are presented in communications
• Collaborate with the asset team to understand the investment thesis behind an asset
• Ensure investors understand why an opportunity matters and why now
• Coordinate with product and asset teams on release sequencing

• Schedule and optimize release announcement emails and reminders.
• Run structured experiments across messaging, timing, segmentation, incentives, and channel mix.
• Measure impact on DAU, reactivation, and GMV.
