About the role
- Overall responsibility for establishing, maintaining and further developing the strategic partnership with Microsoft
- Primary point of contact for all Microsoft-related matters within the company
- Management and coordination of collaboration with Microsoft (including sales, marketing, technical teams and partner programs)
- Development and implementation of joint go-to-market strategies with Microsoft
- Planning, execution and follow-up of joint campaigns, events and initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with Microsoft partner requirements, certifications and compliance guidelines
- Monitoring relevant KPIs, incentives and funding programs within the Microsoft partner ecosystem
- Close coordination with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Tech) to maximize the value of the Microsoft partnership
- Representing the company to Microsoft at partner meetings, conferences and events
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification in business, IT or a related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills and a confident, professional presence
- Several years of experience in partner management, business development or sales with a strong Microsoft focus
- Solid knowledge of the Microsoft partner ecosystem (e.g., Microsoft Cloud Partner Program, Azure, M365, Dynamics)
- Experience collaborating with international stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and a structured, independent working style
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
