About the role

  • Overall responsibility for establishing, maintaining and further developing the strategic partnership with Microsoft
  • Primary point of contact for all Microsoft-related matters within the company
  • Management and coordination of collaboration with Microsoft (including sales, marketing, technical teams and partner programs)
  • Development and implementation of joint go-to-market strategies with Microsoft
  • Planning, execution and follow-up of joint campaigns, events and initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with Microsoft partner requirements, certifications and compliance guidelines
  • Monitoring relevant KPIs, incentives and funding programs within the Microsoft partner ecosystem
  • Close coordination with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Tech) to maximize the value of the Microsoft partnership
  • Representing the company to Microsoft at partner meetings, conferences and events

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in business, IT or a related field
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills and a confident, professional presence
  • Several years of experience in partner management, business development or sales with a strong Microsoft focus
  • Solid knowledge of the Microsoft partner ecosystem (e.g., Microsoft Cloud Partner Program, Azure, M365, Dynamics)
  • Experience collaborating with international stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking and a structured, independent working style
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
