About the role
- Responsible for the successful execution of internal IT projects
- Maintenance of deployed systems and 2nd-level support
- Troubleshooting in 1st- and 2nd-level support
- Proactive communication with employees via phone, email, or ticketing system
Requirements
- Vocational training or degree with an IT focus
- Experience in IT support and with Microsoft technologies (on-premises and M365)
- Knowledge of Azure AD, MS SQL, Exchange, SharePoint Online
- Basic knowledge of VMware virtualization environments and VEEAM backup systems
- Team-oriented, independent, and service-focused work style
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Enjoyment in working with internal customers
