- Lead the administration team (4 employees)
- Responsible for the development and standardization of administrative processes
- Participate in projects and identify opportunities for optimization
- Responsible for cross-site fleet management & document management system
- Further develop internal procurement processes
Requirements
- Experience in administrative or organizational roles
- Initial team leadership experience or willingness to take on team leadership
- Completed commercial/vocational training
- Experience in fleet and procurement management desirable
- Structured working methods
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
