- Independent management of (sub)projects in the automation and process industries — from planning through implementation
- Leadership of your own team
- Responsibilities include project and quality management
- Oversight of complex projects
Requirements
- Completed degree in electrical/automation engineering, process engineering, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in project management of automation projects
- Team leadership and definition of work packages
- Ideally, initial experience in one of the core industries
- Passion for project work
- Understanding of business opportunities and risks
- High degree of flexibility and ability to work independently
- Customer focus, strong negotiation skills, confident appearance
- Team and communication skills
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel for projects
