About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Introduce the company's services to marketing executives across the United States
- Identify potential opportunities
- Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team
- Make outbound cold calls to marketing executives and business decision-makers
- Engage Marketing Directors, Marketing Managers, CMOs, Digital Marketing Managers, Growth Marketing Managers, Brand Managers, and business owners
- Present services clearly, professionally, and conversationally
- Build rapport, ask qualifying questions, and identify prospective clients who fit the services
- Respond professionally to questions and objections
- Schedule qualified appointments and coordinate calendars accurately
- Maintain accurate CRM records, including call outcomes, notes, and follow-up activities
- Participate in call reviews, role-play sessions, and ongoing coaching
Requirements
What you’ll need- Clear spoken English easily understood by customers in the United States
- Confidence speaking with senior business decision-makers over the phone
- Ability to ask insightful questions and understand customer needs
- Willingness to receive and apply feedback
- Positive attitude and persistence when facing rejection
- Curiosity about businesses and uncovering opportunities through conversation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activities
- Ability to quickly understand new products, services, and sales techniques
- Professional and confident representation of the company
- Ability to follow a structured sales process while sounding authentic and conversational
- Previous marketing, cold calling, telesales, appointment setting, customer service, or B2B sales experience is preferred but not required
