About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Make outbound cold calls to marketing executives and business decision-makers across the United States
  • Speak with Marketing Directors, Marketing Managers, CMOs, Digital Marketing Managers, Growth Marketing Managers, Brand Managers, and business owners
  • Introduce services clearly, professionally, and conversationally
  • Build rapport, ask qualifying questions, and identify prospective clients who fit the services
  • Respond professionally to questions and objections
  • Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team and coordinate calendars accurately

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Clear spoken English easily understood by customers in the United States
  • Comfortable speaking with senior business decision-makers over the phone
  • Able to ask insightful questions and understand customer needs
  • Willingness to receive and apply feedback
  • Positive attitude and persistence when facing rejection
  • Curiosity about businesses and opportunities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups
  • Ability to quickly understand new products, services, and sales techniques
  • Professional and confident representation of the company
  • Ability to follow a structured sales process while sounding authentic and conversational
  • Previous marketing, cold calling, telesales, appointment setting, customer service, or B2B sales experience is preferred but not required
