About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Make outbound cold calls to marketing executives and business decision-makers across the United States
- Engage Marketing Directors, Marketing Managers, CMOs, Digital Marketing Managers, Growth Marketing Managers, Brand Managers, and business owners
- Present services clearly, professionally, and conversationally
- Build rapport, ask qualifying questions, and identify prospective clients who fit the services
- Handle common questions and objections professionally
- Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team and coordinate calendars accurately
- Maintain accurate CRM records, call outcomes, notes, and follow-up activities
- Participate in call reviews, role-play sessions, and ongoing coaching
- Introduce company services to marketing executives across the United States, identify opportunities, and schedule qualified meetings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent spoken English easily understood by customers in the United States
- Confidence speaking with senior business decision-makers over the phone
- Ability to ask insightful questions and understand customer needs
- Coachability and ability to apply feedback
- Resilience and persistence when facing rejection
- Curiosity about businesses and opportunities
- Strong organisation and attention to detail for CRM records and follow-ups
- Ability to quickly learn products, services, and sales techniques
- Professionalism and integrity in customer interactions
- Ability to follow a structured sales process while sounding authentic and conversational
- Previous marketing, cold-calling, telesales, appointment-setting, customer-service, or B2B sales experience is preferred but not required
