About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager. The position is remote. We have a track record of promoting high performers into leadership positions irrespective of geography. 50% of our leadership team joined the company as entry-level remote employees.

- **Diligence and Organization.** You ensure everything runs on time with extreme organization.
- **Experience. **Proven project management experience, ideally in software or agency settings.
- **Communication.** Your bias is over-communication and reaching out proactively to clients to keep projects moving forward.
- **Curiosity.** A keen interest in technology and how things work.
- **Availability.** Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday, with overlap during our core working hours of 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. EST (New York). The remaining hours are up to you.
