About the role
- Working with Go, C/C++, Lua, or similar languages
- Building agent frameworks and orchestration layers
- Designing and scaling distributed systems
- Implementing new technical directions
- Development in partnership with the CTO to shape the platform's core
Requirements
- Strong Engineering Foundations and AI expertise: Practical exposure to AI systems beyond simple API usage
- Personal projects, experiments, or custom implementations as a proof of experience are critical requirements
- Senior-level experience with the ability to independently deliver working prototypes (PoCs)
- Deep expertise in at least one of the following: Go, C/C++, Systems/Runtime development, or Cloud infrastructure
- High Adaptability: Comfort operating in an evolving technical landscape without rigid task boundaries
- A natural curiosity about the future of AI infrastructure and a readiness to learn new tools or languages as needed
- An attitude that sees change as opportunity, not disruption
- Ownership Mindset: A "Brilliant Solver": We need a professional with a results-oriented approach who can find a way through any technical blocker
- Proactive attitude in ambiguous situations and direct collaboration with technical leadership
