• The Pipeline Metric: Validate ICP leads and secure qualified demos booked per month via automated outbound campaigns. You will report on cost per booked demo, pipeline value created, and channel efficiency, killing what doesn't work.
• Signal-Based Outbound Automation: Design and run trigger campaigns based on market signals to find warm leads. This includes list building, validation (Clay, enrichment tools), multi-channel sequences (email, LinkedIn), and AI-driven personalization agents you build yourself.
• The Qualification & Scoring Layer: Build and extend our automated pre-call research and lead scoring workflows. Leads must arrive at the founders' calendars thoroughly researched, scored, and demo-ready so sales time is never wasted.
• Nurture Integration: Identify what stage of the journey prospects are on and seamlessly route them into automated HubSpot nurture flows managed by our internal team.
