About the role

  • You coach 5–7 construction startups per year through critical growth phases
  • You identify operational weaknesses and work with teams to develop direct solution approaches
  • You support pilot projects from initiation and concept through to successful market launch
  • You build long-term partnerships with industrial companies
  • You orchestrate pilot projects between startups and corporates
  • You facilitate innovation workshops and turn corporate challenges into concrete startup briefs

Requirements

  • Construction expertise with startup DNA
  • 5+ years of operational experience in construction, real estate, architecture, or structural/bau engineering
  • Proven success in building or scaling construction-tech solutions
  • Hands-on mentality
  • You have already coached startups through critical phases or founded one yourself
  • You love tackling complex problems with pragmatic solutions
  • You prefer working with prototypes and MVPs rather than 50-page concepts
  • Your network includes decision-makers from construction companies and the startup ecosystem
