About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the development team in enhancing the Energy-as-a-Service platform across backend, frontend and infrastructure
Contribute to features and components of the SaaS product from implementation through testing
Develop scalable and robust software solutions for production operation
Assist with implementation, code reviews, testing and documentation
Work closely with the CTO and the development team
Support architecture and operational tasks for a scaling platform
Ensure code quality, clean interfaces and stable deployments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical field
First practical experience in software development, e.g., through personal projects, internships or working-student roles
Basic knowledge of modern software technologies such as backend development, APIs, cloud or databases
Interest in scalable software and digital infrastructure for the energy transition
Initial exposure to IoT, energy management or smart-meter infrastructure is an advantage
Confident communication in English
German skills at least at B2 level
