About the role
- You proactively identify new leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
- You develop creative, targeted customer acquisition strategies and take a proactive approach to outreach.
- You conduct initial conversations, qualify leads, and manage the entire acquisition process through to closing.
- You accurately analyze customer needs and position SPiNE as a trusted solution partner.
- You build a strong network within the energy and tech industries — leveraging it to drive sustainable growth.
- You work closely with our Head of Sales and the founding team to implement go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management — ideally within technology, energy, or renewable energy.
- A clear hunting spirit: proactive, persistent, and motivated by closing deals.
- A proactive personality with a confident presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Residence in Munich or the surrounding area — we value your presence in the office and also offer flexible remote work options.
- Independent, organized, and solution-oriented when collaborating with customers, project partners, and other departments.
