- Spindrift Ventures is the innovation engine within Spindrift, identifying, developing, and piloting bold new initiatives that drive long-term growth.
- The Project Manager - Spindrift Ventures tracks and manages all active Ventures projects—from ideation through in-market launch; maintains clear project timelines and ensures stakeholder alignment.
- Responsibilities: Maintain the master Ventures project tracker, track project status across the full project lifecycle, develop and update project timelines, identify milestones and bottlenecks, act as a proactive problem-solver, document meeting notes and decisions, support creation of dashboards and updates, provide flexible operational support across the Ventures team.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of project management experience. Ideally in beverage, CPG, or a similarly fast-paced consumer industry.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Wrike, Monday.com, etc.)
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously with tight timelines.
- Proven ability to drive accountability and deliver results.
- Bonus: Experience working in innovation, R&D, or new product launch environments.
