About the role
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for GP and healthcare roles
- Source candidates, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews and communication with clinics
- Maintain candidate pipelines, trackers, and recruitment documents
- Prepare job postings, role briefs, and updates
- Support GP onboarding and manage recruitment files and agreements
- Assist with scheduling, email correspondence, and admin tasks
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with HR standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1 year of recruitment or HR experience
- Healthcare recruitment experience is a plus
- Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace and HR/recruitment tools
- Detail-oriented, proactive, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote setup
- Professional and maintains confidentiality at all times
