About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- identify, pursue, and sign new key accounts in the German market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure growth and satisfaction
- Manage the entire sales process independently, from prospecting to closing
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the German market
- Track performance metrics, provide regular updates to the Head of Sales, and collaborate closely with the founders
- Gather insights from prospects and clients to inform product and go-to-market decisions
Requirements
What you’ll need- at least 3 years in Sales, ideally at a tier 1 startup
- you’ve already worked with CFOs of startups, scale-ups or SMBs
- extremely ambitious, eager to help build a best-in-class sales machine for the German market
- capable of running a full sales cycle independently from prospection to account management
- We recruit people who get things done, rather than people who make excuses
- experienced with CRMs and familiar with sales tools like Aircall, Kaspr, Lusha, etc.
- native speaker in German, fluent in English. French is a plus
