About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • identify, pursue, and sign new key accounts in the Italian market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure growth and satisfaction.
  • Manage the entire sales process independently, from prospecting to closing.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Italian market.
  • Track performance metrics, provide regular updates to the Head of Sales, and collaborate closely with the founders.
  • Gather insights from prospects and clients to inform product and go-to-market decisions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • at least 3 years in Sales, ideally at a tier 1 startup.
  • you’ve already worked with CFOs of startups, scale-ups or SMBs.
  • extremely ambitious, eager to help build a best-in-class sales machine for the Italian market.
  • capable of running a full sales cycle independently from prospection to account management.
  • We recruit people who get things done, rather than people who make excuses.
  • experienced with CRMs and familiar with sales tools like Aircall, Kaspr, Lusha, etc.
  • native speaker in Italian, fluent in English. French is a plus.
  • Graduated from a top academic institution.
