About the role

  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers and their journeys , by analyzing user behavior through web analytics tools (GA4), heatmapping tools (Clarity, Hotjar, Contentsquare), and insights from sales calls.
  • Own and continuously enrich the experimentation roadmap, by crafting clear hypotheses based on behavioral insights, competitive analysis of leading fintech players, and internal data; prioritize tests using a structured framework and manage technical delivery.
  • Build high-impact landing pages in close collaboration with the design team to create compelling variations, and work with local teams to adapt messaging to each market.
  • Take ownership of tracking and measurement, by managing the tagging plan and ensuring accurate conversion tracking across the funnel.
  • Monitor CRO performance, by analyzing test results and turning them into actionable learnings.

Requirements

  • Successful experience as a CRO lead in a top-tier startup with a proven track record of improving conversion through structured experimentation.
  • Advanced proficiency with CRO tools (AB Tasty, Clarity, GTM …).
  • Deep interest in financial services and enthusiasm for Spiko’s mission.
  • Outstanding communication and editorial skills with native-level fluency in English and French.
  • Strong autonomy and strategic thinking skills.
  • Very nice to have
  • Experience at a top-tier B2B or B2C fintech company
  • Experience in multiple European markets
