About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • architect, implement, maintain, and optimize highly available and scalable cloud infrastructure primarily on AWS
  • develop, manage, and maintain scalable and reproducible cloud environments using Infrastructure as Code tools
  • design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI/CD, Argo CD, Jenkins, or CircleCI
  • manage and operate containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
  • implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using tools such as Datadog, CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack
  • implement cloud security best practices
  • manage and optimize Amazon RDS database infrastructure
  • configure and administer Cloudflare to enhance network security
  • collaborate with development, product, and operations teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering roles
  • strong hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, EKS, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, Lambda, and CloudWatch
  • proven experience deploying and managing containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes
  • demonstrated experience using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or AWS CDK
  • hands-on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI/CD, Argo CD, Jenkins, or similar platforms
  • proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
  • practical experience managing relational databases such as Amazon RDS
  • strong understanding of networking concepts including routing, subnetting, security groups, network ACLs, and cloud security best practices
