About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and deliver end-to-end B2B implementation projects for enterprise clients
Ensure project delivery on time, within scope, and within budget
Define project scopes, roadmaps, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
Serve as primary contact for enterprise clients, consortia, and public institutions
Work with strategic partners, consulting firms, and system integrators
Collaborate with product and technology teams to translate customer requirements into actionable specifications
Align market needs with product development
Monitor developments in digital identity, SSI, and EU regulatory frameworks such as eIDAS 2.0 and the EU Business Wallet

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong grounding in modern project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall
Proven experience managing complex, technical B2B software integrations and enterprise client relationships
Solid understanding of enterprise SaaS, API integration, digital identity, Web3, or related cloud technologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with digital identity frameworks and standards such as eIDAS and European Digital Identity is a strong plus
High level of self-motivation, structure, and operational excellence
Can-do attitude in an agile, international, and fast-paced team environment
Proactive, structured, and results-oriented approach
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Fluent in German and/or English
Any other EU language is a plus
Based in Germany is a strong plus
