About the role

  • Plan, manage and analyze digital and cross‑media B2B campaigns — always aiming to achieve maximum impact.
  • Develop recommendations for media measures across channels — from print to social media to podcasts.
  • Independently implement campaign architectures and present them to the team.
  • Advise colleagues and work closely with Sales and Business Development to get the most out of every campaign.
  • Evaluate campaign performance, identify optimization potential and continuously develop the media strategy.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as a Marketing Communications Specialist (m/f/d) or equivalent.
  • Agency experience is desirable but not required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital media planning and execution, with solid media expertise.
  • Enjoy integrating communication strategies across the entire marketing funnel.
  • Quick comprehension, sense of responsibility and a good feel for trends.
  • Motivation to proactively drive projects, initiative and enthusiasm for B2B software products.
  • Team spirit and enjoyment of collaboration with different departments.
  • A strong sense for choosing the right channels — whether print, social media or podcasts — and the ability to successfully implement and evaluate campaigns.
  • Native‑level German and fluent English for communication within an international team.
