Requirements
Completed vocational training as a Marketing Communications Specialist (m/f/d) or equivalent.
Agency experience is desirable but not required.
At least 3 years of experience in digital media planning and execution, with solid media expertise.
Enjoy integrating communication strategies across the entire marketing funnel.
Quick comprehension, sense of responsibility and a good feel for trends.
Motivation to proactively drive projects, initiative and enthusiasm for B2B software products.
Team spirit and enjoyment of collaboration with different departments.
A strong sense for choosing the right channels — whether print, social media or podcasts — and the ability to successfully implement and evaluate campaigns.
Native‑level German and fluent English for communication within an international team.
