About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support with day-to-day tasks in all aspects of Infrastructure, Network, and Security management responsibilities
Oversee various processes and maintain relationships with high profile clients and stakeholders
Adhere to best practices to ensure the reliability and security of the Customer’s technical operations
Work in a 24/7 operational team under a DuPont shift pattern ensuring uninterrupted support and coverage to clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure, Networking, and Security principles and best practices
Experience with routing and switching and WAN/LAN technologies
Proficient knowledge of firewall solutions, both physical and virtual
Strong knowledge of Fortinet SDWAN, Firewall Switch technologies, Cisco ISE and Cisco Meraki Wi-Fi
Experience with operating and maintaining IT Security controls related to SIEM, DLP, Vulnerability Management, Cyber Threat Intelligence, and Endpoint Protection
