About the role
- Own and launch Sphera’s brand messaging and value propositions to ensure consistency and clarity across all marketing and sales materials.
- Craft compelling brand narratives that differentiate Sphera in the market and align with customer needs.
- Partner with product marketing, sales and leadership teams to ensure messaging alignment across all touchpoints.
- Create and oversee strategic content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, white papers, e-books, case studies and video scripts.
- Work with subject-matter experts (SMEs) to develop thought leadership content that positions Sphera as an industry authority.
- Ensure all content aligns with SEO best practices and supports lead generation efforts.
- Collaborate with the demand generation team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and pipeline growth.
- Support the creation of multi-channel marketing initiatives, including digital, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Leverage customer insights and data analytics to optimize marketing campaigns and improve engagement.
- Support corporate branding initiatives, including website content, PR messaging, and executive communications.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, campaigns, and digital assets.
- Work closely with sales, product marketing, and digital marketing teams to align messaging and branding efforts with business objectives.
- Partner with external agencies, designers, and writers to execute high-quality marketing materials.
- Support internal brand training initiatives to ensure a unified brand voice across departments.
Requirements
- 7 + years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, SaaS, sustainability, ESG, or risk management industries.
- Strong background in brand marketing, content marketing, demand generation, and marketing communications.
- Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies in an international business environment.
- Experience developing brand messaging, value propositions and storytelling frameworks.
- Proven ability to create content strategies that support business growth and lead generation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for content development and presentation creation.
- Familiarity with basic design tools or principles is a plus, enhancing visual storytelling and content presentation.
- Strategic & Creative Thinking: Ability to translate complex industry topics into compelling, customer-centric narratives.
- Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and content distribution strategies.
- Ability to balance high-level brand strategy with hands-on tactical execution.
- Demonstrated experience in planning, executing and measuring multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong portfolio showcasing effective brand messaging, content creation and campaign development.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, executives, and external partners.
- Ability to craft and deliver compelling presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
