About the role
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of DevOps engineers
- Oversee cloud architecture, migrations, and network planning
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Drive technical excellence by implementing containerization and microservices architecture
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for DevOps systems
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve code quality
- Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data
- Monitor system performance and capacity
- Advocate for the adoption of relevant innovations
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in DevOps engineering
- 5+ years of experience managing DevOps teams
- Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (Bash, PowerShell, Terraform)
- Experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, TeamCity)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
