About the role
- Partner with legal team to support commercial needs
- Provide counsel on legal matters to HR and other teams
- Review and prepare complex commercial agreements
- Interaction with global outside counsel as needed
- Support legal team leaders on team processes
Requirements
- JD or equivalent law degree required
- Licensed to practice law in applicable jurisdiction
- Experience addressing cross-border legal issues
- Excellent writing and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of data privacy and IP issues
