About the role
- Design, develop, and execute Automated Test Framework (ATF) tests.
- Create and maintain clear test cases, test data, and traceability to requirements.
- Validate UI/UX behavior, accessibility basics, and responsiveness across channels (portal/workspace/native).
- Perform functional, regression, and smoke testing across CSM/ITSM/PSDS flows and ESC Pro, Government Service portal experiences.
- Document defects with reproducible steps; collaborate with dev/product for timely closure.
- Report testing status, risks, and coverage; contribute to UAT support.
Requirements
- 3+ years testing on ServiceNow (CSM/ITSM required; PSDS and ESC Pro strongly preferred).
- Hands-on ATF experience (authoring, data setup, maintenance, CI integration is a plus).
- Strong understanding of personas, fulfiller roles/skills, and multi-workspace validation, custom application testing
- Excellent documentation skills; detail-oriented, organized, and proactive communicator.
- Nice to have: Experience with CSM Workspaces, Record Producers, Catalog Items, User Criteria, and ACLs.
- Familiarity with Performance Analytics, VA, Flow Designer, and UI Builder.
- External User registration process validations.
- Exposure to accessibility (WCAG basics) and cross-browser testing.
- ISTQB or ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CIS: CSM/ITSM, Micro-cert: ATF/PA/UI Builder).
