Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience recovering unclaimed property from government agencies
  • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to review and interpret data from multiple sources
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and track projects through completion
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate professionally with clients and state agencies
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a remote team environment
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process improvements and efficiencies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Experience working with databases or case-management systems preferred
  • Ability to follow established processes while adapting to changing priorities.
  • High level of professionalism and accountability when handling client information.
