Prepare for, support, and finalize audits and documents for delivery to clients
Facilitate initial audit planning email communication
Schedule pre, post, and consultation meetings with clients as needed
Compile CE specific data requests for audit
Draft initial agenda for audit and initiate preparation of CE audit guide
Perform audit tasks as assigned including: Contract Pharmacy Service Agreement review and populate contract review summary table by vendor; Sampling for all universes; Trial balance; Crosswalk development and review
Troubleshoot issues and report potential problems to SpendMend Pharmacy leadership
Participate in weekly team meetings, internal training sessions, and other assignments
Maintain an up-to-date calendar and provide audit support
Requirements
Knowledge of 340B Program compliance
Use and management of 340B software systems
Spreadsheet or database work proficiency
Ability to work from home
Knowledge of the healthcare environment and electronic health records
Understand OPAIS and resources available on the HRSA website
Ability to troubleshoot issues and report potential problems
Regular attendance of team meetings and internal training sessions
Begin 340B Advanced Certificate Program within first 3 months and complete within 9 months of hire
Expected to work independently within the first 3 months
