About the role

  • Drive outbound prospecting campaigns, generating qualified leads through high-volume calls, emails, and outreach.
  • Simultaneously hunt for new business while nurturing a named (finite) list of large target accounts.
  • Engage with executives at large health systems to uncover needs and position SpendMend’s value-driven solutions.
  • Own your pipeline – identify opportunities, track progress, and partner with senior sales executives to move deals forward.
  • Consistently exceed KPIs for activity, conversion, and meetings booked.
  • Master SpendMend’s suite of solutions and confidently speak the language of healthcare finance and procurement.

Requirements

  • Proven success in B2B outbound or inside sales, preferably selling complex or consultative services
  • Proven history of hitting and exceeding quotas – you thrive on competition and reward
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • Self-driven, organized, and accountable; you don’t need micromanagement to deliver results
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; healthcare experience a plus
  • Comfortable with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics experience ideal)
