About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • General accounting: Recording and matching routine accounting entries, processing supplier invoices, monitoring payments
  • Accounts receivable: Invoicing, collections, and tracking outstanding receivables; participation in intercompany billing between group entities
  • Closings & reporting: Support for monthly, quarterly and annual closes; preparation of balance sheet and P&L reconciliations and account explanations; assistance with tax and regulatory filings
  • Expense reports: Processing and review of employee expense claims in line with internal policy; verification of correct accounting and analytical allocation; follow-up on missing or non-compliant receipts
  • Treasury & cash management: Performing bank reconciliations across entities and currencies; monitoring cash positions and reporting variances; contributing to cash reporting
  • Internal control & compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and group policies; prepare documentation for internal and external audits; contribute to improving processes and internal controls

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Current studies: Bac+2 to Bac+5 in accounting, finance or business (e.g. BTS CG, DCG, DSCG, Master CCA)
  • Knowledge of the French Chart of Accounts (Plan Comptable Général, PCG) and general accounting principles
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
  • Accuracy, strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
  • Professional English required (working language with international entities)
  • Previous accounting experience (internship or prior apprenticeship) is a plus
