About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive recruitment for our Go-To-Market roles (AE, AM, CSM, Sales Ops, etc.), managing sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and onboarding processes with strong autonomy.
  • Guide and advise Sales and Revenue hiring managers, developing tailored hiring strategies while promoting best practices and diversity hiring.
  • Build and maintain pipelines of qualified commercial talent through active headhunting, leveraging your knowledge of the tech/SaaS talent market.
  • Champion a positive, authentic, and inclusive candidate journey, from first contact to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with the People and Marketing teams to position Spendesk as an employer of choice for top commercial talent.
  • Implement and improve efficient recruitment processes, leveraging data and feedback to drive efficiency and quality.
  • Stay on top of talent trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity in the GTM space, sharing insights with the team and leadership.
  • Actively contribute to our diversity, equity & inclusion efforts, ensuring an equitable recruitment process for all candidates.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment, with proven expertise hiring GTM/Sales profiles (AE, AM, CSM) ideally in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment.
  • Good understanding of B2B commercial roles, sales cycles, and what makes a great GTM hire.
  • Proficient with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) and able to build strong pipelines on competitive profiles.
  • Experience working directly with Sales and Revenue leaders, advising on best practices and building trust.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple searches at once, with strong project management and prioritization skills.
  • Obsessed with delivering a great candidate experience and representing the Spendesk brand.
  • Curious, solutions-oriented, and always looking to improve and innovate.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
  • Collaborative, positive, and eager to contribute to a supportive team environment.
