About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as an HR Business Partner for the revenue organization in Spain and global functional business units
  • Support and enable OKRs and Workforce Planning
  • Steward performance management and day-to-day people topics
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee relations matters
  • Provide hands-on HR support across areas such as employee relations, compensation, development, and organizational topics
  • Participate in international People projects and contribute to HR programs rollout
  • Support the day-to-day management of the office environment and drive employee engagement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Analytical and goal oriented
  • Thorough knowledge of Spanish labor legislation
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • BS degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
