About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as an HR Business Partner for the revenue organization in Spain and global functional business units
- Support and enable OKRs and Workforce Planning
- Steward performance management and day-to-day people topics
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee relations matters
- Provide hands-on HR support across areas such as employee relations, compensation, development, and organizational topics
- Participate in international People projects and contribute to HR programs rollout
- Support the day-to-day management of the office environment and drive employee engagement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner
- Excellent people management skills
- Analytical and goal oriented
- Thorough knowledge of Spanish labor legislation
- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
- Strong collaboration skills
- BS degree in Human Resources or related field
- Fluency in Spanish and English
