About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to German and functional business units, supporting leaders in achieving business objectives through effective people practices.
  • Support and enable OKRs and Workforce Plans (WFPs), ensuring organizational effectiveness across all HR practices throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Provide thought leadership on organizational design, people strategy, and execution, translating business needs into actionable HR initiatives.
  • Steward performance management and enablement, ensuring managers and employees are supported to achieve their full potential.
  • Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management, employee development, and leadership effectiveness.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on employee relations matters, including (but not limited to) mediation, coaching, feedback, and complex employee relations concerns.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related matters within the business units, working closely with the global HR team to ensure maximum alignment and efficiency across the People delivery model.
  • Provide HR expertise in employee relations, feedback culture, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
  • Participate in the continuous development and execution of HR programs such as recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, performance management, and Learning & Development.
  • Collaborate with the broader HR team to champion a culture of excellence, engagement, and accountability, enabling strong business outcomes.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities locally and globally to ensure the effective delivery of People services, tools, and resources across the employee lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an HR business partner
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Analytical and goal oriented
  • Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
  • BS degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Fluency in German and English
