About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Be the expert voice over the phone that helps customers identify, evaluate, and purchase products
Use a consultative approach to recommend solutions
Communicate in writing to provide technical support and product recommendations
Make independent decisions regarding proper product application
Maintain an extensive working knowledge of aftermarket automotive technology
Assist our product and e-commerce teams to develop and update website content
Collaborate with internal teams to support product visibility, customer engagement, and overall sales success
Contribute toward the development of training material
Participate in the production of technical content including video, tech articles, instruction sheets, and product reviews
Attend industry trade shows and events acting as an ambassador for Speedway Motors
