About the role
- Own outbound and pipeline creation (calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals)
- Leverage existing dealer relationships to open doors and accelerate meetings
- Run full-cycle sales: discovery → demo → follow-up → close
- Drive next steps, mutual action plans, and multi-stakeholder approvals within dealer groups
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene and deliver accurate weekly forecasting
- Help formalize the playbook: ICP, messaging, objections, stage exit criteria
- Partner with Customer Success for clean handoffs and fast time-to-value 90-day outcomes
- Ramp quickly and run clean discovery + demos independently
- Produce consistent weekly pipeline and early closed-won deals
- Maintain CRM hygiene and a trustworthy forecast
Requirements
- 3+ years selling directly to automotive dealers in a quota-carrying role (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Established dealer network (“Book of Business ”) with the ability to generate meetings quickly through relationships and referrals
- Demonstrated ability to self-source pipeline through outbound and relationships (not dependent on inbound)
- Proven discovery-to-close execution, including multi-stakeholder approvals
- Startup-ready: high autonomy, fast pace, minimal support
- Challenger Sale methodology training/experience (a plus)
