About the role
- Manages $2MM-$5MM medium-to-high complexity programs from start-to-finish across a range of multi-channel project engagements
- Leads the development of project scoping, draft statements of work (SOWs), creates staff plans, estimates budgets, and produces timelines that align to client and business needs
- Maintains project timelines in web-based project management software, ensuring task creation and updates
- Hosts weekly internal status meetings to align on project status and next steps
- Identifies internal/external resource needs based on project demands and team capacity
- Monitors program resource hours and proactively escalates when overages may arise
- Key day-to-day contact with internal cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Cultivates positive relationships with internal/external partners to ensure optimal delivery
- Manages financial aspects of programs and is accountable for delivering projects within budget
- Partners with account leads in forecasting, staff utilization and revenue recognition
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5-8 years agency experience, specifically within an advertising, PR, or communications agency
- Digital experience required
- Self-motivated, disciplined, fast learner, organized
- Experience managing digital projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish on time and within budget
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with resource management preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly collaborative and solution-oriented with a flexible mindset that can adapt to changing client needs
- Healthcare communications experience is a plus
