About the role
- Provides day-to-day client contact at project level
- Manages projects through client review process
- Develops and updates client status reports and timelines
- Ensures brand style/messages are consistent across materials
- Builds strong relationships with clients
- Oversees development of timelines alongside project manager
- Develops and submits project briefs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of healthcare advertising agency experience
- Digital and/or Veeva experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail; very organized
- Self-starter, driven and results oriented
- Demonstrates problem-solving skills
- Proactive; takes initiative
- Strong in both written and verbal communication
- Team oriented
