About the role
- Oversee execution of integrated media campaigns across channels
- Manage day-to-day workflow for multiple campaigns
- Drive tactical activation and track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets
- Partner with Resource Management to confirm bandwidth for execution
- Collaborate with internal and external agency partners to align on campaign scope
- Assist in SOW, Change Order, and Project Tracking creation
- Ensure all reporting is completed
- Facilitate performance optimization reviews and ensure key items are actioned
- Help streamline repeatable media workflows and processes
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in paid media project management and operations
- Strong understanding of digital media channels and analytics
- Familiarity with media trafficking and reporting tools such as Prisma, BionicAds, MediaOcean
- Strong proficiency in project management tools like Kantata, Smartsheets, Workfront, Asana or equivalent
- Experience in Kantata, Jira, and AccountabilityOne is a plus
- Proficiency in media-specific project management processes
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders across time zones
- Experience in healthcare agency managing MLR/IRB submission and approval cycles
- PMP, ScrumMaster or other professional training preferred
- Familiarity with omnichannel orchestration projects via CRM platforms
- Prior experience with data and identity resolution projects
