About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the rapid creation and iteration of digital products.
Act as the bridge between user needs and the final product, combining the empathy of a Product Manager, the visual eye of a UI/UX Designer, and the technical intuition of a Prompt Engineer.
Utilize AI coding assistants and LLMs to generate functional prototypes and front-end interfaces based on natural language prompts and design concepts.
Identify user needs, map out user journeys, and ensure the product effectively solves real-world problems.
Apply a strong design background to ensure AI-generated interfaces are visually appealing and intuitive.
Continuously refine and troubleshoot prompts to adjust the application's behavior, layout, and logic without traditional codebase maintenance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to generate workflows, code, or digital experiences.
Experience in product management, user research, or business analysis.
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to clearly prompt AI to fix visual inconsistencies and poor user flows.
